 I’m Allison, a self-taught mixed media artist with a passion for all things bright and beautiful.

My creative journey began at the tender age of seven when I crafted light catchers from crayon shavings and waxed paper. Creating runs in my veins, thanks to my grandmothers—one a fine painter, the other a talented quilter.

Growing up in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains has been a constant source of inspiration for both my art and my sustainable lifestyle. I’m passionate about contributing to a greener world and strive to minimize my family's footprint through composting, gardening, canning, recycling, and upcycling materials into beautiful creations.
 

My paper bead jewelry and angel ornaments are perfect examples of this passion, crafted from upcycled wallpaper and brown paper grocery bags that I paint by hand and roll into stunning beads. Each piece bursts with creativity, reflecting my love for vibrant hues.
